For more than 15 years, we have been providing chocolate letters for companies in the Netherlands and Belgium. We exclusively work with fair Callebaut chocolate from Cocoa Horizons and pay great attention to a neat finish, personal service, and reliable delivery. The decoration, logo prints, and further personalization are carefully applied in our own workshop.

Safe delivery of your chocolate letters

Decorated chocolate letters require careful handling. Therefore, we deliver larger orders, where possible, with our own transport. This way, we can be sure that your chocolate letters arrive in perfect condition. Smaller orders or chocolate letters without decoration can, depending on the version, be carefully shipped by parcel service. Of course, we always coordinate the delivery with you in advance.

Storage advice: Store the chocolate in a dry place at a temperature between 15°C and 21°C. Avoid direct sunlight and large temperature fluctuations to optimally maintain the quality and shine of the chocolate.

After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number. Haven't received an email? Please check your spam folder. It's possible the order has not been fully completed yet.

Delivery Time and Days

• Ordered before 12:00 PM: usually delivered the next day.
• Chocolates and macarons with logo: delivery time approximately 2 business days.
• Large orders: delivery time by arrangement.
• Delivery from Monday to Saturday.
• Ordered during the weekend: Tuesday is the next possible delivery day.
• We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

The stated delivery times are an indication. Delays with the carrier can unfortunately occur. Do you need your order for a birthday, party or event? Then have it delivered one or two days earlier to be safe.

Shipping and Track & Trace

We ship your carefully packaged chocolates and macarons via Packs, DHL or UPS, depending on the product and destination. Orders to Belgium are shipped with DHL.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code. Please check the delivery address carefully and ensure that the package is accepted in time.

In extremely hot weather, we may temporarily postpone shipping to protect the quality of the chocolates and macarons.

Storage and Shelf Life

Preferably do not store chocolates in the refrigerator, as this can affect the filling. We only recommend refrigeration if the room temperature is above 23 °C.

Macarons can be kept in the refrigerator for approximately 5 days after receipt.

Shipping Costs

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. For delivery to one address in the Netherlands, we charge € 6.95 shipping costs.

Why do we charge shipping costs?

We like to keep our prices transparent. Your order is securely and carefully packaged, with a cool pack if necessary. This way, your chocolates and macarons arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Damage or Quality Problem

Is your order damaged or did it not arrive in good condition? Please report this within 24 hours and include some clear photos. This allows us to quickly assess the situation and offer a suitable solution.
