When you place an order, you will always receive a confirmation email with the order number. If you do not receive it, the order has not yet been completed. (it can also end up in the spam filter)

Delivery usually takes place within 24 hours if the product is ordered before 12:00 PM on a working day (excluding chocolates with logo and other custom-made items). Chocolates and other products are delivered from Monday to Saturday. No products are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. For an order placed on the weekend, the first delivery day is Tuesday. 

Shipping costs

The prices on our website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. For sending a package in the Netherlands, we charge € 6.95. Packages that fit through the letterbox are sent with track & trace. Delivery of chocolate letters costs € 10.50. If there are any packages that fit through the letterbox, this is immediately stated with the item. The delivery costs for a letterbox package are € 4.50.

Delivery to multiple addresses

We also arrange delivery to your employees or customers. You provide us with an Excel file, and we will take care of it. We will prepare a customized price for this, and the delivery costs may be higher than the prices listed above. This depends on the product and the price of the product. Ask us, and we will quickly send you a quote.
