For businesses and private orders

Chocoladebox.nl is increasingly focusing on the business market, offering solutions for corporate gifts, staff appreciation gifts, and larger orders. At the same time, it remains possible for individuals to easily order online.

Whether it's a single box of chocolates or a larger order with delivery to multiple addresses, we ensure a meticulous and reliable handling process.

Shipping costs

We apply clear and transparent shipping costs.

For shipments within the Netherlands, you pay €6.95 per package. Smaller orders that fit through the letterbox are shipped for €4.50, including track and trace. Chocolate letters with a logo are shipped within the Netherlands for €10.50 due to specific packaging and handling requirements.

For deliveries to Belgium, the shipping price is €11.95 per package.

For larger business orders or deliveries to multiple addresses, we are happy to help you find a suitable shipping solution.

Delivery time

Orders placed on a weekday before 12:00 PM are generally delivered the next working day within the Netherlands.

Custom and business orders have adjusted delivery times. Chocolates with a logo and macarons with a logo usually have a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. Chocolate letters with a logo are produced and delivered by appointment, with an average delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed from Monday and usually delivered on Tuesday.

Payment options

We offer a wide range of secure and flexible payment methods, suitable for both private and business customers.

Private customers can easily pay via iDeal, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. We also accept credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

For customers from Belgium and Germany, Bancontact, Sofort, and Giropay are also available.

Business customers can use post-payment with a 14-day payment term, for orders of €100 or more. This makes it easy to process orders internally within your organization.

We can assist in compiling representative gifts and are happy to help with logistical handling. Orders can also be delivered in an organized manner if desired.
