The Dutch Ball Collection is an exclusive collection of handmade bonbon-balls using Dutch regional and city ingredients. The bonbons are made from the finest Fair Trade chocolate from the Belgian chocolate house Callebaut. A lot of care and attention has been given to these special bonbons, and you can taste it. The regional and city bonbons are designed based on our own recipes and are stylishly packaged in a luxurious gift box. And that's how our bonbon-balls are an exclusive treat, a gift, and a souvenir all at once!

The bonbon varieties from The Dutch Bonbon Collection are also very suitable as business gifts. Upon your request, we can customize the packaging entirely to your organization's wishes, creating an exclusive business gift with its own identity and origin.

Order Information

After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number. Haven't received an email? Please check your spam folder. It's possible the order has not been fully completed yet.

Delivery Time and Days

• Ordered before 12:00 PM: usually delivered the next day.
• Chocolates and macarons with logo: delivery time approximately 2 business days.
• Large orders: delivery time by arrangement.
• Delivery from Monday to Saturday.
• Ordered during the weekend: Tuesday is the next possible delivery day.
• We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

The stated delivery times are an indication. Delays with the carrier can unfortunately occur. Do you need your order for a birthday, party or event? Then have it delivered one or two days earlier to be safe.

Shipping and Track & Trace

We ship your carefully packaged chocolates and macarons via Packs, DHL or UPS, depending on the product and destination. Orders to Belgium are shipped with DHL.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code. Please check the delivery address carefully and ensure that the package is accepted in time.

In extremely hot weather, we may temporarily postpone shipping to protect the quality of the chocolates and macarons.

Storage and Shelf Life

Preferably do not store chocolates in the refrigerator, as this can affect the filling. We only recommend refrigeration if the room temperature is above 23 °C.

Macarons can be kept in the refrigerator for approximately 5 days after receipt.

Shipping Costs

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. For delivery to one address in the Netherlands, we charge € 6.95 shipping costs.

We like to keep our prices transparent. Your order is securely and carefully packaged, with a cool pack if necessary. This way, your chocolates and macarons arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

Damage or Quality Problem

Is your order damaged or did it not arrive in good condition? Please report this within 24 hours and include some clear photos. This allows us to quickly assess the situation and offer a suitable solution.
