Shipping costs

We apply clear and transparent shipping costs.

For shipments within the Netherlands, you pay €6.95 per package. Smaller orders that fit through the letterbox are shipped for €4.50, including track and trace. Chocolate letters with a logo are shipped within the Netherlands for €10.50 due to specific packaging and handling requirements.

For deliveries to Belgium, the shipping price is €11.95 per package.

For larger business orders or deliveries to multiple addresses, we are happy to help you find a suitable shipping solution.

Delivery time

Orders placed on a weekday before 12:00 PM are generally delivered the next working day within the Netherlands.

Custom and business orders have adjusted delivery times. Chocolates with a logo and macarons with a logo usually have a delivery time of 2 to 3 working days. Chocolate letters with a logo are produced and delivered by appointment, with an average delivery time of 2 to 3 weeks.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend will be processed from Monday and usually delivered on Tuesday.
